L.G.R. Italy s.r.l. has 2 calender machines with three rollers with a working length of the table of 1,400 mm - 1,600 mm, which allows the production of only rubber sheets with a thickness from 0.25 to 4 mm and rubberised fabrics on one or both sides. The lengths can vary from 30 to 250 meters depending on the thickness and the textile support used.
We can manufacture the whole part, using our textile supports and rubber compounds formulated by us, or use compounds and/or textile supports provided by the customer on account of manufacture.
The plates eventually can be drilled during the calendering process to avoid the generation of air bubbles during the vulcanization step.
